The Chamber Welcomed Three New Members in December 2015
The Chamber welcomed Circa Boutique, SSM Physical Therapy, and IV & Respiratory Center to its membership in December 2015.
Circa Boutique is a clothing and gift store located in downtown Belleville. Andria Powell, owner, began the store in 2004 as a venue to sell her custom jewelry line – Mellow Mountain. Circa has since opened a sister store in Edwardsville, Illinois.
