50/50 Sidewalk Program
Each fiscal year
monies are budgeted, and competitive construction
bids taken, in order to partner with property owners
to replace sidewalks that are in poor condition.
The most economical price is obtained with the City
paying half and the resident paying half of the
cost. This 50/50 program has helped renovate
neighborhood sidewalks across the City. Perhaps you
would like to take advantage of this program? Why
not submit a Sidewalk Replacement 50/50 Application
today?
