Now Available! The City of Belleville, Illinois will offer customers the option of debiting the customer's checking or savings bank account for sewer & trash bill payments.  With automatic payment your monthly payment is directly withdrawn from an authorized checking or savings account on the due date.  An account statement will still be mailed to you, but you no longer have to worry about writing a check.  It's easy to sign-up, just follow the steps below:

1.  Fill out and Sign Payment Authorization Form

2.  Bring in or mail a voided check and the Payment Authorization Form to City Hall:
